A medley of stuffed Cypriot food emerged out of our kitchen yesterday.. and by the time I had finished “stuffing” felt pretty stuffed myself. Too much? 😂 Not a job for the faint-hearted! Anyway, not in any particular order: 🧅 etli soğan (stuffed onions with meat) 🍆 kuru patlıcan dolması (stuffed aubergine/eggplant) * etli kabak dolması (courgettes stuffed with meat) 🥬 beyaz lahana sarması (stuffed cabbage) 🌶 kuru biber dolması (stuffed peppers) and if you’ve got this far, zeytinyağlı yaprak sarması (stuffed vine leaves). Gonna be a scorcher today, enjoy the sunshine ☀️
