For those ing my attempts to feed my daughter as she goes through the to see if she is gluten or lactose intolerant, or both ☹️ This is a turkey mince lasagne made with the red pepper paste I made the other day. Includes celery, carrots, oregano, salt, pepper, onions, garlic for flavour. Made with sainsburys deliciously free from lasagne sheets, and marksandspencerfoodpr vegan and dairy free bechamel sauce. In between the pasta sheets (which I boiled first so it was less chewy) I put dairy free mozzarella (which stinks to high heaven 🤮) and dairy free cheddar (like cardboard ffs). Despite cooking this in the oven for 45 minutes, the cheese does not go brown or melt. WHY is that?!! Feedback from my daughter was that it was chewy and that any cheese that doesn’t melt is demonic cheese – and I couldn’t agree more.
