Homemade Cypriot red grape jam (üzüm reçeli) with Philadelphia on sourdough toast. Bit of fried halloumi on the side. Perfect Sunday 👌🏼

To make:

🍯 Ingredients:

600 gms red grapes
450 gms granulated sugar
625 mls water
3 cloves
1 tsp vanilla extract
Juice of 1/2 lemon

🍯 Method:

De-stem and wash the grapes. In a saucepan add the ingredients and bring to the boil.

Once boiled, simmer for one hour, stirring intermittently. In the meantime sterilise your jar/s.

Allow the jam to cool before your pour it into the jar.
