I have been making Baklava the classic Cypriot way for longer than I can remember, and then I bought this fab book Taverna by georgiepuddingnpie and aside from the fact that I have already tagged half the book 😉 I finally settled on the frangipani baklava made with pistachio and walnuts and Wow Wow Wow what an awesome taste 😋 Not as sweet as your usual Baklava but actually far more moorish because of that 🤤 Can’t say there will be much left by the weekend 😂
