🧿 I started a diet and exercise regime 🤦‍♀️ a week ago as it was just time. Make no mistake I am not eating lettuce, lol, still eating the same food but smaller portions and doing my 10k steps, easy stuff to start with! I Lunch was bulgur with roasted vegetables (I roasted them with za’atar, cardamom, olive oil and seasoning) and served with yoghurt in the side. Surprisingly filling and very very tasty 😋
