I started off with the intention of making our usual spaghetti bolognese and ended up stuffing these beautiful Italian single grain conchiglioni from marksandspencerfoodpr

Feeds a small army!

🍝 Ingredients:

For the mince:
500 gms beef mince
1 finely diced onion
1/2 pack of parsley
1 tbls tomato paste
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

For the pasta:
30 conchiglioni
190 gms philadelphia_uki cheese
1 egg
1 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 jar dolmiouk bolognese sauce
1/4 cup of water

For the topping:

1 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

The garlic slices were from M&S 😋

🍝 Method:

Sauté the onions for 5-6 minutes, then add in the mince and brown off. Once browned, add the tomato paste, chopped parsley, spices and seasoning and fry for 5 minutes. Set to one side.

In parallel, boil the pasta for 12-15 minutes, drain and set to one side.

Mix up the cooked mince, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella and egg.

Mix the water with the Dolmio and then take a cup and spread it across the base of your dish.

Add about 1 tbls of mixed mince into each pasta shell and place in the dish. Repeat until everything is used up.

Pour the remaining Dolmio over the dish, cover with foil and pop into the oven for 40 minutes on 180.

Remove the foil and sprinkle over the Parmesan and mozzarella for the topping, and put back into the oven for 10 minutes.

At that point, whack the garlic bread into the oven at the same time. Enjoy! 😋
