I was supposed to tidy my study yesterday, and I did everything but that instead..! It’s one of those jobs where I know I should do it, but I open the study door, and then close it again 🤣 Definitely going to tackle it today!
Dinner was a traditional Cypriot fayre, şiş kebap (simple marinade below), homemade cacık, smoked paprika hummus, salad stuff and melizcooks pide. Never any leftovers when I make this meal, which always makes me happy 😊
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbls dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Baste the kebap before you start, and then at 10 minute intervals, rotating frequently until cooked.
