In between the wind, rain and dead branches flying around the garden yesterday, there were rays of sunshine coming through the kitchen window, which almost felt like Spring, until it started raining again!
We proceeded as if it were Spring regardless and gave the house a mini-overhaul, and then stopped for a late lunch.
These little vegetarian tartlets are really straightforward to make – swipe 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 for pics, using shop-bought puff pastry which I always keep in the fridge as it’s handy for stuff like this.
Pesto base, sun-dried peppers, feta cheese and santini tomatoes. Served with death-by-couscous again, and cacık (tzatziki).
