I’ve never planned food for the week per se, generally I’ll look in the fridge/freezer and see what the boys and I “feel like” eating. I always have salmon, so we have that once a week, almost getting to the planning stage! 🤣 Last night we had salmon and king prawns which I had marinated for a couple of hours in a made-up on the hoof hoisin sauce mix (hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, honey), I think that’s all I put on it! Served with smashed new potatoes, broccoli and carrots. Empty plates all around. 🙌🙌
