A very long time in the past (are you sitting comfortably?), I used to work all around the world, and right here I’m at the moment, getting excited as a result of I’m going out to “the outlets” for the primary time in over 4 months! The decision of John Lewis beckons and I have to get out! How occasions have modified..😷 I’m assembly my daughter there and so all the youngsters will likely be dwelling for dinner tonight, and this Kuzu Güveç (lamb stew) I made yesterday means I can spend time with the youngsters and never within the kitchen! 😉 Bizarrely, this stew all the time tastes higher the following day anyway, served with vermicelli rice and crusty bread, it’s simply fab 😋 Recipe and technique on my highlights… Going buying!!!! 🏬
