Friday already, who knew! Days are mixing into one.. I haven’t made bubble & squeak since Christmas after I normally make a wok’s price for the boys. Once I noticed food_obsessed_girl bubble and squeak meal the opposite week, it jogged my memory to do this subsequent time we had leftovers. Cheers Cat! Well timed reminder, as we had simply that this week. The boys like theirs with gravy, a meal in itself when poured over this leftover mash, sausages and veg fried up in a little bit butter 😋 I’ve to say a disagreement between the boys virtually broke out during the last bowl when the youngest took the final of it..!
