🍝 Elements:

For the mince:
500 gms beef mince
1 fijngesnipperde ui
half pack of parsley
1 tbls tomato paste
1 tl knoflookkorrels
1 tsp floor cinnamon
half tsp floor cumin

For the pasta:
30 conchiglioni
190 gms philadelphia_uki cheese
1 egg
1 cup grated mozzarella
half cup grated Parmesan
1 jar dolmiouk bolognese sauce
1/four cup of water

For the topping:

1 cup grated mozzarella
half cup grated Parmesan

The garlic slices had been from M&S 😋

🍝 Technique:

Sauté the onions for 5-6 minutes, then add within the mince and brown off. As soon as browned, add the tomato paste, chopped parsley, spices and seasoning and fry for five minutes. Set to at least one aspect.

In parallel, boil the pasta for 12-15 minutes, drain and set to at least one aspect.

Combine up the cooked mince, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella and egg.

Combine the water with the Dolmio after which take a cup and unfold it throughout the bottom of your dish.

Add about 1 tbls of combined mince into every pasta shell and place within the dish. Repeat till all the things is used up.

Pour the remaining Dolmio over the dish, cowl with foil and pop into the oven for 40 minutes on 180.

Take away the foil and sprinkle over the Parmesan and mozzarella for the topping, and put again into the oven for 10 minutes.

At that time, whack the garlic bread into the oven on the similar time. Get pleasure from! 😋
