I can not consider it’s Thursday already!! A brand new routine has developed in our home now with two youngsters gone and one left working from dwelling. Truly, on reflection, the routine hasn’t modified that a lot as Max was once in his room enjoying X-box, and would solely emerge for meals and going to the fitness center! 🤣 Anyway, again to meals… This can be a Cypriot pilav (rice) dish my mum taught me to make. It’s calves liver, sultanas and walnuts rice and is absolutely scrumptious. Goes brilliantly with lamb 😋
