Off to Izzy & Johnny’s at the moment for a meze feast that we are going to in all probability be consuming for the remainder of the weekend..! I made yalancı dolma (stuffed vine leaves), çiçek dolması (stuffed courgette/flowers), and soğan dolması (stuffed onions). Took a few hours to make and stuff these. Alongside this, I made new potato salad, çacık (tzatziki) and Izzy’s making köfte, Johnny the döner and I’ll in all probability do the çoban salatası once I get there, so brace yourselves for a photograph or two later!!
