Op natte, kille, vochtige en winderige dagen zoals gisteren, was er eigenlijk maar één…

On wet, chilly, moist and windy days like yesterday, there actually was just one factor to do. That my pals, was to make double chocolate chip brownie mini Bundt muffins 🧁

I exploit the recipe from bbcgoodfood (barely adjusted) and customarily bake it in a sq. tin. The timings listed below are for the sq. baking tin. To make 16 squares: ⬇️

🧁 Elements:

185 gram ongezouten boter
1 reep Bournville (of 185 g donkere chocolade van goede kwaliteit)
85 gram bloem (gezeefd)
40 gram cacaopoeder (gezeefd)
125 gms milk chocolate chips (I exploit Callebaut)
125 gram witte chocoladeschilfers (zoals hierboven)
three massive eggs
275 gram gouden basterdsuiker
1 tl vanille-extract
Snufje zout

🧁 Methodologie:

In a sq. baking tin, add parchment paper, and set to at least one facet.

In a medium bowl, add your flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Combine totally and set to at least one facet.

In a microwaveable bowl, add the butter and damaged items of darkish chocolate and set to at least one facet.

In a big mixing bowl, add three eggs, the sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk for five minutes till it’s good and creamy, scraping down the edges as you go alongside., and set to at least one facet.

Microwave the butter and darkish chocolate for two minutes on excessive. Then stir totally till all of the chocolate and butter has dissolved. Add to the crushed eggs and sugar bowl and blend totally with a spoon till every little thing is mixed. Then add the flour/cocoa combine and repeat the method.

Voeg als laatste de melk- en witte chocoladeschilfers toe, roer ze erdoor en giet ze in de bakvorm. Geef het een paar kranen om eerder te bezinken dan dat je het 25-30 minuten in de oven op 180 graden zet, draaiend op het middenniveau. Krijg plezier van!

  1. What do you use to line your Bundt tray? I have a tray but haven’t used it before as have visions of the cakes sticking 🙈🙈
