🧿 Seabass or Levrek in Turkish is ideal for this dish, cooked in a mixture of herbs and booze (spring onions, recent mint, dill and parsley then pul biber, salt & pepper, paprika, bay leaves, tomatoes, peppers and lemons) and the closest I might discover to Raki/Ouzo was Sambuca. We had been very fortunate as my youngest son’s associates dad (nonetheless with me? 😂) went fishing and introduced us again a Seabass and what a tasty dish this was! Served it with crushed roasted new potatoes and the whole thing is gone. I’ll write up the tactic quickly.
