🧿 Seabass or Levrek in Turkish is ideal for this dish, cooked in a mixture of herbs and booze (spring onions, recent mint, dill and parsley then pul biber, salt & pepper, paprika, bay leaves, tomatoes, peppers and lemons) and the closest I might discover to Raki/Ouzo was Sambuca.
