Some days simply name for an old style Victoria sponge cake with raspberry jam and vanilla cream. Good for yesterday’s lazy Sunday and studying the papers 👌🏼

Effectively.. that was my dream, however someway it went like this as a substitute. Cake made, canine walked, sat on the couch with cake, tea and newspaper’s after which our sons joined and we watched two Resident Evil (zombie motion pictures) as a substitute! 🤦🏻‍♀️❤️
