Took a few days off from the kitchen which was fairly good truly. Received again into the swing of it yesterday although and made these tasty Hellimli (Halloumi) pides full of grated hellim, spring onions, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper and pul biber. These are Turkish origin, and as many cultures and meals are intertwined, the Greeks name them Peinirli I feel, and they’re like pizza boats. Excellent lunch/brunch and goes brilliantly with a cup of tea. Count on a meat model subsequent and variations of the theme now I do know the boys will eat them.. I’ll get the recipe up shortly.
