True story. I awoke at 2.30am and I couldn’t get this dish out of my head. I needed to make it. Who does that? It’s insane!! This candy dish is served in all totally different sizes and styles – rolled, triangular, circles, sq. and the method is named baklava 🧿 Layers of filo pastry crammed with a mix of nuts, on this case, I used pistachios and walnuts with cinnamon and cardamom 😋 That is referred to as Havuç Dilimli (carrot slice) Baklava.
