Typically you could have simply bought to fry stuff and by no means thoughts the energy! 😉

These little beauties are known as sigara böreği, and they’re principally stuffed yufka (filo). You’ll be able to stuff them with nearly something, and historically, I used to be taught to stuff mine with hellim (halloumi) and dried mint.
