Anyway, that is my Caramelised peach the wrong way up cake tailored from the nytcooking 1988 recipe. Take pleasure in! 😊

🍑 Components:

three giant ripe peaches
170 gms butter (55 gms for the caramel & 125 gms for the cake)
250 gms brown sugar (100 gms for the caramel & 150 gms for the cake)
115 gms plain flour
1/four floor nutmeg
1/four tsp sea salt
1 tl bakpoeder
1 tl vanille-extract
three eggs
Ice cream (non-compulsory) 😉

🍑 Technique:

Butter and line a flan or pastry tin

Take away the stone from the peaches and slice. Organize the slices on the underside of the tin.
