So glad we got our BBQ in on Saturday before the weather turned chilly yesterday. We are great helim (halloumi) lovers as most Cypriots are, eat it as is, grill it, fry it, grate it, bake it – I had never tried honey and oregano on it though! Followed georgiepuddingnpie method, and although I didn’t have any compote, I found a jar of port and cranberry sauce so I used that as an alternative and it worked very well! 😋 I really ought to be a bit more adventurous!
