I use this recipe when I don’t have a lot of time to prep or stand over the BBQ/rotisserie/grill, but I still want something really tasty!
This takes 5 minutes to prep and an hour to cook in the oven. Juicy AF. 😋
1 kilo lamb mince
2 tbls garlic paste
1 finely chopped onion
3 tbls olive oil
100 gms of tongmaster döner kebab mix
100 mls water
Put everything into a large bowl, mix it together really well. Put the ingredients into a 2lb loaf tin and place the tin onto a baking tray.
Pop into the oven on 180 for 20 minutes, then turn the döner out directly onto the baking tray, and return it to the oven for 40 minutes, rotating at the midpoint. Cover with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Job done ✅
