True story. I woke up at 2.30am and I couldn’t get this dish out of my head. I had to make it. Who does that? It’s insane!! This sweet dish is served in all different shapes and sizes – rolled, triangular, circles, square and the technique is called baklava 🧿 Layers of filo pastry filled with a mixture of nuts, in this case, I used pistachios and walnuts with cinnamon and cardamom 😋 This is called Havuç Dilimli (carrot slice) Baklava. I am the only one that eats it in our house, fortunately, I am able to send food out to friends otherwise I really would be the size of a house! Recipe and method to .. Happy Friday’s 🥳
