Vegetarians please look away now..! These kuzu pirzola (lamb cutlets/chops) marinated for around 8 hours in a mix of EVOO, seasoning, garlic, cinnamon and cumin and then baked in the oven. Served with vermicelli rice and çoban salatası (shepherd’s salad) which just brings everything together and the combo is just awesome 👌 and of course Greek yoghurt fage – Swipe 👉 for the plate up and tell me you wouldn’t eat it all up!
