Well.. in the high winds and rain, our outdoor gazebo died a death. Came down to find the roof off and metal frame bent. Another one bites the dust! ๐Ÿ˜ข

I last made these in March and theyโ€™re a handy way of using leftovers.

Ingredients (amount to your taste)

1 pack of puff pastry
Pesto
Feta cheese
Sun-dried peppers
Santini tomatoes quartered

Method: ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ

Egg wash all over when done and pop into the oven on 180 for 30 minutes. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜‹
